A high-profile location

Established in 1913, Swanndri is an iconic New Zealand brand, offering a wide range of quality clothing and apparel for men, women and children. Swanndri were initially drawn to their present site because they required for a highly visible and trafficked location in Christchurch. Moving in 2006, their current bulk retail premise is in the large box retail district of Tower Junction, on the corner of Clarence Street and Whiteleigh Avenue. The high-profile site is adjacent to a significant transport route, linking the northern and southern suburbs of the city.  We reconfigured an existing property to provide a modern, architectural structure, with an attractive double-glazed façade entry, showroom, reception area and ample parking. In 2020, we collaborated further with the Swanndri team on a reconfiguration of the premise to refresh their branding and further boost their visibility. This served to reinforce Swanndri as a distinct presence on Clarence Street.
