Fisher & Paykel has been designing products since 1934 and have developed into a global company with products sold in more than 50 countries around the world. After outgrowing their existing site, Fisher & Paykel went to market to find the best solution for their current and forecast requirements.
As the owner of the site, we partnered with a renowned development company to provide a turn-key solution to meet their business needs. We also provided management of the existing lease to allow seamless transition to the new facility. The build, completed in 2021, has been a critical component in the successful South Island operations of Fisher & Paykel.
