YHI Limited is New Zealand’s leading distributor of automotive and energy products. Established in Auckland in 1995, YHI Limited is a subsidiary of YHI International Limited and has both Singaporean and New Zealand ownership. An existing client of Epoch and well established in Christchurch, YHI Limited found that by 2016 they had outgrown their existing site. We worked closely with YHI Limited to understand the needs of their expanding business and find a property solution to match.
A prominent site in the growing Sockburn area was identified as being prime for development. In collaboration with YHI Limited and a construction development company, a purpose-built building was designed and built specifically to meet requirements. Completed in early 2017, the modern build comprises of a high-stud warehouse, architecturally styled office accommodation, ample parking, and high-tech features. The property provides a customised, long-term solution to meet YHI Limited's business needs, now and into the future.
