Specialized is one of the largest, best-known and most influential bike brands in the world. When relocating their operations from Auckland to Christchurch, Specialized were looking for a property solution that would balance operational requirements with lifestyle experience for their employees. Epoch worked with the Specialized team to identify the potential of a premise from our portfolio in the growing Addington suburb, close to numerous attractions.
We then worked in partnership with the Specialized team to reconfigure the premise providing end-of-journey facilities and high levels of amenity. Work was completed in 2020, with the client and their employees now enjoying easy access to Addington and the mountain biking park in the Port Hills.
