Epoch was founded in 2001 as a partnership between two family-owned companies, representing a combined history of more than 50 years investment activity in commercial property.

While retaining a focus on its Christchurch base Epoch has established and manages a portfolio of modern commercial properties throughout New Zealand.

Deep experience in the property industry, including 15 years at CEO level in the import, manufacture and supply of key component products. Also experienced in retail and mechanical trades. Additionally a professional Company Director.

DAVID CRESSWELL B.Com, Grad Dip PM

Wide experience, at property division of Australian research house, across variety of sectors domestically and internationally, including direct property, listed and unlisted property securities and mortgage trusts. Also experienced in bespoke research for development projects.
