David Cresswell
Brent Jones
David has over 15 years of experience in a variety of commercial property roles in both New Zealand and Australia. His background includes a senior analyst role in the property division of a Sydney-based research house, covering a variety of domestic and international sectors, including direct property, listed and unlisted property securities, and mortgage trusts. He is also experienced in bespoke research for development projects. David has been Executive Director of Epoch for over 10 years. David’s role encompasses property and portfolio management, with a particular focus on providing effective property solutions to meet the business needs of Epoch clients and tenants.

Brent has over 30 years of experience in commercial property investment, development and building product manufacturing. He has spent fifteen years as a CEO managing imports, manufacturing and supply chains, has held several directorships and has worked in both retail and mechanical trades. His in-depth knowledge of business operations across various industries gives him valuable insight in providing tenanted solutions from a practical and professional standpoint. Brent has been a director of Epoch since 2006.
